• everyone that is making gallery and photoblog plugins should consolidate and make one good one. something that has the combined functionality of fgallery, Image manager and iimage gallery. That would be sweet. I’m too ignorant right now to know how to put something like that together.

more of a comment i guess, unless someone has an idea. thanks.

  • Have you checked out lazy-k gallery or ANIGA gallery?

That was a problem for me too. I never could find one with all the features that I wanted, so I just made my own gallery using the lightbox plugin in combination with custom templates/stylesheet entries.

I also made something myself. I tried a few plugins but some did not work, or it not realy whas what I wanted

Thanks, I’ll look into those more. If not maybe a new plugin. It still would be nice for all the effort that goes into those to be pooled together in one spectacular galery/photoblog system. If I knew more I’d try to hack those guys together!

Kahil and red-star, those are both really nice gallerys. Again, it would be nice to see a gallery/photoblog projects where poeple like you got together and made something. Thanks for the inspiration.

    You welcome!

Yes, would be cool. I’m looking for a gallery as well. Until now, I’ve found ANIGA https://www.animalbeach.net/aniga/ to be the best – but unfortunately the layout is very difficult to modify (f.ex the navigation)

just wanted to come back and let ya’ll know what I went with. I’m using Zenphoto with the ZenPress plugin (nicest pic insertion into wordpress from all the one’s I’ve used.)

Zenphoto isn’t integrated into WordPress though which may not please some, but it’s well supported, super easy to set-up and manage.

It would be nice if Fahlstad took Fgallery to this level of development. That’s the closest, simplest, easiest solution I’ve seen for integration into WordPress. He just needs to add something like ZenPress.

I use Lazy-K-Gallery, You can see it in action at https://www.benrichards.co.uk its really easy to implement and is highly customizable
