Gallery Bank lightbox not displaying at 100% on phone

This will work like this. It will only view till this size.

This is normal.

I’m having the exact same problem. On both iphone and Android phones it looks really bad, just like the screenshot above. I’m surprised that the GB response is that “this is normal”.
It’s not acceptable at all. Is there a way to get images to show 100% on phones?

I am having the same issue with a developer license. The grid view is fine but if you click on an image it doesn’t work.
