Hi. I was wondering if it’s possible to create a gallery of all photos with a particular lens as defined in the exif data. Can you please tell me how I would write the shortcode for this type of gallery. Many thanks. Wade

Thanks for your question. To filter an [mla_gallery] display by EXIF values you must first map the EXIF field (or the MLA Field-level enhanced EXIF CAMERA values) you want to a custom field. You can then add Simple Custom Field Parameters or a Custom Field Query to your shortcode to make your selection. You can find more information about all of this in the Settings/Media Library Assistant Documentation tab.

If you’d like more specific guidance, tell me the EXIF field you use to select “a particular lens” and give me a link to one or more of your images that have values in this field.

Thanks for your interest in the plugin.

It has been four weeks since my last post in this topic. I hope the suggestions I gave regarding the EXIF CAMERA values proved helpful.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you have any problems or further questions regarding the EXIF CAMERA values.
