• Hello,
    I’m using your beautiful plugin
I have however found a problem
I installed the plugins on my wordpress
    – WPS Hide Login
    – Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft
they are verified, useful and indispensable plugins for me
but when there is active your plugin in the login of my wordpress no longer appears the Google Captcha and therefore it is impossible to log in to my wordpress panel. By deactivating your plugin the Captcha works.
    can you investigate?
I use wordpress 5.1 and I have updated plugins
it also happened with version 4.9
I did the same test on a new site and it’s the same

    Thanks Alberto

    Hi @onebit

Let’s re-check if the problem is with NextGen Gallery.

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery and those two plugins you need to use.

2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

If you finally are 100% sure that is only visible with NextGen, please write us back.

I have already tried to do this test, the plug-in that gives problems and that of the gallery the others do not have any kind of interaction on this problem. in this specific moment I can not absolutely change the theme, the theme is the central part of my project, changing it would mean to make a variation too important and get out of the type of project that I’m making. I did a test on another site always using the same plugins, and even in this case by activating the gallery plug-in, changing the folder of the administration page, and entering the Google captcha, the Google captcha does not appear. if you disable the gallery plug-in, the Google captcha appears.

    Hi @onebit
We’d like to take a closer look at the captcha problem . We may need to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug , refer back to this forum thread, and let them know Mihai referred you. ??
    Thanks!

I would have gladly helped you, and I thank you for writing to me. Only I did not have time to wait, I changed the plugin and I find myself in a state too advanced to let you do experiments.
You can easily simulate the situation described by me previously.

    Thank you
