Gallery Captions Losing Styling

    On the Twenty Twenty-Two theme, activating Twentig appears to remove the small font size and center alignment of gallery captions (not the individual image captions but the caption for the entire gallery). Disabling Twentig returns the gallery caption to the expected small size and center alignment.

    From reading the quickstart guide, it seems like there should be a setting added for caption size but I’m not seeing one…maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. Indeed there’s an issue with the gallery caption. We’ll fix it in the next release. In the meantime, you can add the following CSS inside the Additional CSS panel of the Customizer (see our quickstart guide to see how you can add custom CSS):

    .blocks-gallery-caption {
	color: #555;
	font-size: 0.875rem;
	text-align: center;
}
