Gallery displays on Admin view but not on public site

    Hi guys,

    Please I’m having trouble with Modula Gallery displaying images on my site pages. When I’m on WordPress Admin view I can see the gallery and its images, but when loading the site as a visitor, meaning from any other pc, browser, etc, the galleries are empty. When inspecting the page from browser developer console/mode, the gallery is being loaded but for some reason images are not being displayed.

    I’ve checked your documentation and tried the following:

    – Health check plugin troubleshooting mode
    – Enabling Lazy Load on SpeedUp settings from Modula

    I’m currently using Divi Theme/Builder, for what I’ve read there can be troubles on mobile devices only, but in my case I’m having trouble on every device, EXCEPT when I’m on WordPress Admin view.

    Please, if you could provide me with some directions or any ideas where the trouble could be I’d be very thankful!

  • Hi @bresner,

    Can you please let me know what optimization plugin are you using?
    I believe there are some settings from that plugin that are interfering with Modula’s scripts.
    Can you please deactivate that optimization plugin and check the page in incognito? Does the gallery display when that plugin is inactive?

    Hi Mihaela,

    I’m using Site Ground Optimizer, I deactivated it and the gallery is now loading without problems. Is there a configuration where both can work? I’ve tried before deactivating SG lazy loading with no luck.

    Thanks a lot Mihaela for your help! Please let me know if you’ve got any ideas to make them work together.
