Gallery does not appear on page

    I am on WordPress 4.8 running Hestia theme.

    I installed the Pro version of Gallery Video. I added a new gallery using grid 1.

    When I cut and pasted the short code to my page, the gallery does not appear. I added <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[Total_Soft_Gallery_Video id=”1″]’);?> to the index.php of the theme.

    The gallery still does not appear.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for contacting with us and for saying us about your problem. Please can you say me you want to put it on your page or in theme?

    Because on your page which you published here I see our gallery.

    And can’t understand what is the problem.

    I had the unpaid version in place. After I installed the paid version, things didn’t work. I cleared the cache for all my browsers and that resolved the problem.
