Gallery does not show

nextgen simply disappeared! When I try to reload it from within wp, I get this message from the plugin installer screen:

Downloading install package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/nextgen-gallery.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/66/11002266/html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/

Plugin install failed.

I am stranded right now, can’t uninstall/reinstall.

Help would be appreciated.

@stevelieb – You best go forward strategy would be to manually install the plugin via FTP. This article about rolling back can be used to install any version of the NextGEN Gallery or NextGEN Legacy versions of the plugin.
