Hi, I have identified the same issue in two different scenarios.

On this page wakefieldcameraclub.org.uk/scratch-page selecting any of the tags exits the gallery and shows the site home page.

The same happens if I have ‘View Thumbnails’ on the basic slider.

Thank you for your help.

• Hi @iwaddo,

Reading recent feedback from this forum thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/basic-slideshow-not-working-on-https-on-safari-13-0/ It seems cache related.

Do you have special redirect rules on your site?
– Please, try to clear any plugin cache you have installed.
– Try is to remove and re-install our plugin (I know you asked Mihai if it was possible).

If the problem persists, we might need to check for an existing conflict or reset NextGen Gallery Settings.

Note: We recommend performing a full website backup before any troubleshooting.

Please, keep us posted ??

You will see from my other case that I deleted and reinstalled the plug-in and it seems to have resolved my problem.

I will do some more testing and come back here if the problem is not fully resolved.

Thank you for your help.

So my orginal issue has been resolved but this has led to a subsequent question.

If I ‘view thumbnails’ or select a ‘tag’ in a tag gallery how do I get back to either the slider or the tag cloud, it seems like a one way trip.

Thank you for your help.

Yes. That’s correct. The only way that wold allow to get back to the origin page is to use the browser’s back button. This is definitely something that may need to be improved so I will add this thread as a feature request vote to the corresponding feature.

Thank you. I look forward to the future update.

I have implemented a workaround by adding a back button to my page using below the respective galleries

Go Back

Thank you for your help.
