Gallery Image spacing

A few days ago, when creating a gallery all images began showing right next to each other without spaces, but originally they use to have a space between them when setting it upto 4 images wide!

As you can see there is now NO spacing between pictures in the gallery ?? no matter if set to 2, 3 or 4 wide.

any idea why this has happend and how it can be fixed.
