    Hello good day!

    Would like to ask help

We have a client that has a site that wants to show galleries. I came across into this plugin and tried it. I tried creating a gallery and added images. Next is I assigned the gallery to an album. The album thumbnail is showing on the site, but when I click on the album to view the images, the images are not showing.

Is there a setting I am missing? I followed the instruction on how to assign gallery to an album.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jcmanlangit,

Could you please go to Manage Albums, open your album and take a screenshot?

Also go to Manage Galleries, open the gallery in the album you sent and click “Gallery Settings”. Please send a screenshot of the settings if you don’t mind.

I’ll be waiting for your reply.

    Thanks!

Sorry I think I have missed a step. I think I need to set “Items per page” setting in the “Customize Display Settings”. In the pop up box. The problem is when I click the “Customize Display Settings” tab, the settings for that tab is not showing. Also the “Sort or Exclude Images” tab is not showing also. I tried to check the plugin codes, but have found out that the pop up is an iframe/third party. Do you have any idea why the tab is not working? I can’t see no js errors also.

The site is in multisite setup. For the other sites, the tab is working/showing. For the link/site above it is not.

    Thanks!

    Hi again @jcmanlangit

The setting you mention is to define how many items per page to display in an album. It is accessed from the “Customize Display Settings” indeed.

If you are having issues accessing that and the sort option, this could be a ModSecurity false positive.

Please reach out to your hosting company and have them remove or whitelist the rule number?77229500?or?229500, from ModSecurity. This is an old rule that dates back to NextGEN 2.x and been since resolved.

Try again and please let me know how it went.

    Thanks.

    Hi ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!
