gallery images no embedded title

  • Hi,
    I’m using the masonry image gallery on my page. To maintain consistency across my site, I am opting to have the thumbnails link to media file, no lightbox.

    This is so they will use the existing lightbox I already employ for posts etc.

    My images open fine in the other lightbox (FancyBox for WordPress) however they dont pick up any title or caption. Inspector shows that the thumbnails output by your gallery dont have title tags. I believe my lightbox is looking for title tag info on the image.

    Is there an option to enable this?

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay. I tested an Advanced Gallery in my test site and I have not found a way to add the title attribute to individual images in the Advanced Gallery block. I will check with the developers to determine if this is a bug or if there is a workaround. I will update this thread when I get more information.
