Gallery images showing blankaccept the first image

If the Gallery Images are added for a product, then they should appear under the main image on the Single Product page. If it is not happening on your end, then may be there is some issue on your end. Can you please share the link to your site or single product page? So that I can take a look and let you know what to do next.

Thanks for sharing the link. I have checked your site and understood the issue. As the Product Gallery images are showing images properly in my development environment, There can be various reasons behind the problem you are having with the Product Gallery on your site.

Can you please share the System Information of your site for further investigation? You will find the System Info by going to Elementor > System Info section. I will check the environment and the plugin and Theme you’re using on your site and let you know an update soon.

Thanks for sharing the System information.

I noticed that you are using the Jetpack plugin on your site. Jetpack has the Lazy Load feature that defers the loading of images on a page to a later point in time. Please navigate to the Performance section of Jetpack, disable the Lazy Loading, and check if the issue still persists by clearing the caches. I hope it will help.

But, if that doesn’t solve the issue, then please switch the Theme to Hello Elementor Theme and disable all the plugins except for Elementor, ShopEngine, and WooCommerce and then check. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue the inspection. It will help you to trace if there is any plugin that is causing the issue. If you’re not been able to find anything in the Plugins, activate the Theme at last. Rest assured that with the default configuration, the Gallery Images are appearing fine in my development environment.

So please check accordingly and let me know if that helps.

Sir, I did the same as you have written in your reply.Firstly i deactivated the jectpack plugin but it does not work and then i installed hello elementor theme and without deactivating any plugin the gallery is working fine and smoothely..then what does this means my theme has the problem but it is client selected theme now what next. when i again activated my woostify theme the gallery stopped working only first image appears and rest are blank…

If the issue gets solved by activating the Hello Elementor theme, that means there is something on the theme you are currently using that is preventing the Product Gallery of ShopEngine to work properly. It will be better if you could consult with the Support team of that theme. They can better help you in this case. I hope you can understand.
