Gallery insert not working after update to 3.1.5 version

    Hello,

    After upgrading to the last version of Nextgen (3.1.5) when I try to insert a gallery I click on Galleries just on left of the text: Are you inserting a Gallery (default), an Album, or images based on Tags?

    I select Galleries and nothing happen.

    Before the update, when I click on Galleries another drop down menu was showed where I could select the gallery that I would like to show.

    Now I can select anything because anything is showed.

    My wordpress version is: 5.0.3

    We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles.
    I have recently tested that version with WordPress 5.0.3, and I couldn’t replicate the problem.

    Could you please check if there is an existing conflict with any plugin or theme?

    1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.

    2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

    3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Thanks for answering me.

    I found that the problem is with the Firefox browser. I tried to disable all firefox plugins, but the problem persists.

    Using others browsers the problem won′t happen.

    There is something that I can do?

    Using fireofx is faster than others.

    Could you be so kind as to share with us your current version of Firefox?
    I recently tested that with a fresh install and I couldn’t replicate the same issue.
    If your current version of Firefox is a little bit outdated, please, try to install the last version of that browser.

    Can you try opening your page with another computer and see if that works for you?

    Hello Gaby,

    I′ve tested in other machines and the problem happen only in my windows 10 machine.

    But, I tested again and the problem was solved, maybe some update on firefox or windows fixed the problem.
