Gallery issue with YouTube videos

    Hi

    Exactly the same problem as others : my gallery was a mess after last update so I had to set it up once again. But now YouTube Videos don’t work. Only VIMEO ones work.
    And I did what you said in other topics : delete plugin, reinstall it but it’s the same…

    Hi there!
    The video is working fine in the gallery, if you click play button https://prntscr.com/hy8jhz it will start loading.
    That image is loaded from youtube, it looks like you have to update the cover image for your video.

    Any update? Did you have a chance to update the cover image for the video?

    Ah yes it’s working now ! Thx (it was not the case when I wrote)
    I’ll check for this image. Thx for the quick answer.
    Just a remark for the future though : when we click to open a video, it displays it in full screen and it’s nice. However, for VIMEO videos, as soon as we click on it to “pause”, the popup window closes…and it’s quite annoying.
    Just my 2 cents.
    Anyway, Thx for your help & quick answer !

    Hi Alex. Thx for the update.
    However, once again, the gallery is not working again…And I think it’s due to WordPress update made (automatically) this night because of security issue with Flash !. Could you pls advise urgently ?

    You are using some kind of the cache plugin which cached the script that’s why it stopped working after the plugin update. You have to clear it on your website.

    @gt3themes, If you’re asking people to use a different, commercial plugin you need to take those users to your own support channels. We don’t allow support for commercial/ pro versions of plugins here.
