it work fine in FF, but be broken in Chrome. There is a TypeError in the JS Console when it is broken.

Uncaught TypeError: window.Swiper670 is not a constructor
    at C (jetpack-carousel.min.js?ver=1633790417:formatted:737)
    at HTMLScriptElement.H.a.onload (jetpack-carousel.min.js?ver=1633790417:formatted:703)

    jetpack-carousel.min.js?ver=1633790417:formatted:737

That error is coming from JetPack.

  • Hi @reikob

    Glad to help!

Could you send a screenshot with the error, please? I tested your site using Chrome and Firefox and it is working on my end without the error.

I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this email. It works with Chrome, Firefox.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

Thanks for the screenshot. I was also able to confirm the error in Chrome on your site.

However, in testing this on a test site, I could not reproduce it. As a result, I am wondering if there is something conflicting on your site.

The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.

I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

    – Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
    – Then try the Gallery again. If it works, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, testing the Gallery in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme.

    – Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty. Then try the Gallery again. If it works with an error, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.

Let us know how that goes.
