    Maybe problem with your caching plugin.
    Can you share the info about the plugins installed in your site. I’ll check which plugin is causing the problem.

    Hi,
    Your smooth scroll script is preventing the default click event and going for the #id which is appended with the target link.
    I suggest you change the smooth scroll script (find one that doesn’t target every link with # or does that after checking if the url is the same)

    Moreover, if its difficult to change the smooth scroll script. you can try this
