I’ve added a photonic (smugmug) gallery to my post, which works in Chrome, however all other browsers I’ve tried on both my macbook and ipad just show the revolving waiting symbol.

I’ve also tried on a windows machine with both Chrome and Firefox, without any success.

    Help please!

I think you have a problem similar to this. You need to pick a different “Main size” – one of your photos does not have a “Large” size.

Thanks, but unfortunately that hasn’t fixed the issue.

I not only tried Largest Available, but also Medium. Each file size is over 4000 pixels wide in the Smugmug gallery.

Since previous galleries are working, I also tried deleting the post altogether and redoing…. the new URL is:
    https://www.scottspics.com/?p=3466

With each browser check I’ve been clearing the cache too.

    thanks for your assistance

Have you set up authentication? I ask because when I look at the API result for your page, I get 39 photos. But when I look at the page you posted, I see 41 photos, and the two that I don’t see in the API are the two causing problems. If you have set up authentication, try disabling it (unless you have a case for using authentication). You can disable authentication by deleting the values in Photonic → Settings → SmugMug → SmugMug Settings → Access Token (for authentication) and Photonic → Settings → SmugMug → SmugMug Settings → Access Token Secret (for authentication).

thanks – removing the access token secret value has fixed the issue.
there are two photos that are hidden in smugmug, but one I had hidden as a test that will be unhidden again shortly.

when I get some time I’ll try redoing the authentication altogether to see if that helps.

    Cheers!

    Hi Sayontan

After using the above fix to get an album to load, I am now unable to use the Photonic plugin to add an album to a page/album in WordPress.
The message I get is “No data returned. Error code 401” – I’ve tried using both current (default) user and other user.

Please let me know if you are aware of what is causing this issue…..

    Many thanks!

I am not aware of anything that might be causing this issue, if nothing else has changed on your side. I cannot replicate this at my end on any of my installations.

the only change was the removal of the secret code as per above issue, but if I put that back in then the original issue returns.

In that case, have you tried removing the private/hidden photos from the album that was originally causing problems?

    (@boomerakl)

I’ve deleted the hidden photos from the album, reinstated the secret code, and we’re back working!

So my work around for future will be to back up the photos that would be hidden to a separate album altogether.

    Cheers!
