Gallery not working when i preview my post!

  • Hello,

    I have downloaded and installed this plugin and followed the video tutorial by every step. It looks like its working until when I preview the post nothing at all appears just the title of it?

    Can anyone help, please?

  • Hi Charlotte,

    it could be a setting of your theme, maybe it executes shortcodes only when viewing the entire post. Try to switch to a default theme and see if it still happens.

    Thanks for your quick reply Diego.

    I ‘published’ the post as a text and it’s still not working. It does look like it knows something is there beccause when i mess up the code on purpose the code appears as text and when i put it back to the short code it does recognise something. Is there anything else you can recommend doing? Its the perfect plug in and i really want to use it! x

    did you do the test about switching to a default theme?

    Yes and it does the same. Brings up the theme but nothing in the content of the post.

    Hi Diego,

    Following on from this my header and footer have google analytics tracking codes in them. Could that be the issue?
