@Rajeswara Rao – There’s a lot going on with your site … have you tried using a different WordPress Permalinks structure than the “Default”. We often recommend “Post name” or “Month and name” as good alternatives.

You might also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme, too.

@Rajeswara Rao – That looks like you have modified the Twenty Thirteen theme and/or are using a Child-Theme of it.

Also, have you checked for conflicts with other active plugins?

@Rajeswara Rao – What happens if you use a default WordPress Twenty series theme that has not been modified, have you tried Twenty Twelve or Twenty Fourteen?

What other troubleshooting steps have you tried aside from deactivating *all* plugins switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and then reactivating NextGEN Gallery?

Have you may any modifications to the ImageBrowser captions template you appear to be using from its default?
