Gallery on custom page

I would like to add gallery thumbnails to a custom page side by side and when the user clicks the gallery thumbnail they are taken to another custom page where the gallery images are shown.

At present, the gallery thumbnails are shown as a post (https://www.candicecolley.co.uk/gallery) and when clicked the lightbox effect happens.

Any help much appreciated.
