Gallery only loads on refresh, not at all on phone

Having some issues, not sure if they are related to the plugin or the theme I’m using.
1. Masonry gallery will not load until the page is refreshed.
2. Masonry gallery will not load at all in Safari
3. Masonry gallery will not load at all on phone.
