Do you use any other Gallery plugin on your site? If so, could you try to deactivate them and see if this helps?

Could you also try to switch to a different theme for a few minutes, and see if the images start appearing again?

No extra gallery plugins but I do have a related posts plugin. Even when deactivated, I have the same problem.

I’ve tried switching the theme back and forth as well and it didn’t resolve the issue.

I really don’t want to have to reattach all of the images in my gallery…. Any other ideas? Thanks!

I haven’t been able to fix it so I just uploaded the Gallery images again. Now my media library has a lot of duplicates but I don’t know what else to do!

I had another look at your site, and although the Carousel module is active, the carousel library is not loaded on your Gallery page.

This is often caused by conflicting plugins, but since you do not use any other Image or Gallery plugins on your site, the problem might come from your parent theme, Florence.

Could you try to install this small plugin on your site, and let me know if this helps?

Ok Jeremy – I installed and activated the plugin. That activated the carousel gallery on the page but it was pretty slow so I went back to the default gallery type.

We like the way this looks and I love that when you click on the image it goes to a large carousel but the text and even the scroll bar on the right side of my browser are duplicated (Firefox 18.0.2).

Any ideas? Can I deactivate and delete that small plugin now? I really appreciate your help!

Once you activate the Carousel and the Tiled Galleries module, and if you keep that small plugin active, the images will be served from WordPress.com, so you shouldn’t experience any speed issues.

I’m not familiar with the scroll bar issues though; could you post a screenshot, so I can investigate further?
