    Hi Guys, Been trying to log in to NG website for ticket but your site’s down – normally just extremely slow.

    I’ve moved from a dev url to a live one and the lightbox/galleries are not behaving like it should. Worked OK on test site.
    After the site migration, there are still gallery support files loading from the dev url. I tried your suggestions WP support and NGsite. It’s not working as I’m unable to save anything on any tabs on ‘Gallery -> Other Options’ screen. I just get a page not found error.

    Dev url and live site are on the same domain name and same server. Simply moved from a sub domain to the main one.
    WP v 3.7.1 + NGG 2.0.37 + NGGP 1.0.8

    What a joke, Have been emailing ‘tech support’ since 25 Nov re this issue.
    Have upgrade, downgraded, de-activated, unistalled, re-installed, reset tool, permalinks and still ‘Gallery -> Other Options’ does not save.

    Today, after they wanted login credentials, their reply is your thumbnail issue is fixed. and they did not bother to try and fix the url that dont save under Lightbox effects. Still can’t get my dev site url removed. Bad enough that it does not update automatically, but can’t fix it manually either.

    Seriously unimpressed at this stage esp after I paid for PRO.

    I’m having the exact same issue. Paid for pro as well. I found the URL’s in the database and changed them but still it seems to be hanging on to my .localhost extention.

    @pietpompies – Our apologies for not addressing all of the issues you were having. I can appreciate this would be an inconvenience (unfortunately there is no direct connection in most cases to these forum topics and our Bug Reports) but would you be able to send us a reply to the last email we sent explaining the Lightbox Effects issue as a reminder.

    It may be easily solved by reading this article: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/galleries-opening-lightbox/ … but it appears you may also need to use our Reset Tool plugin as well.
