Gallery Pages and Hierachy

In my gallery page (https://www.monicameza.com/gallery/) I have three sub-categories. I would like the breadcrumbs and url to reflect parent categories when viewing the image’s page. However, only images uploaded directly within the WordPress module are filed accordingly, and not media I had uploaded when I migrated the website.

For example, in drawings new files are like this (which is what I want):
https://www.monicameza.com/gallery/drawings/venusadonis/

But migrated files show like this:
https://www.monicameza.com/gallery/print/

I tried to see if I could manually move all the files on my server, but I cannot, for the life of me, find the uploads folder with the new media.
