    Hello,

    Thank you for his plugin and I appreciate the features the free version offers. I would appreciate some guidance on optimizing performance based on Google page speed insights for this plugin:

    Compressing images – Google identified a few images in my gallery that needed compression. I inted to use WP SMUSH plugin to compress them however since the images in Gallery are in a different folder other than the WP media library, WP SMUSH does not compress these. Is there a way to use images from my WP media library in the gallery instead of uploading to/having those images in the Gallery custom folder?

    Also:
    Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content –
    The following render blocking resources were identified by Page speed for above the fold content. I do not have any Gallery in my above the fold content:
    /js/bwg_frontend.js?ver=1.3.13
    /js/jquery.sumoselect.min.js?ver=1.3.13
    /js/jquery.mobile.js?ver=1.3.13
    …CustomScrollbar.concat.min.js?ver=1.3.13
    /js/jquery.fullscreen-0.4.1.js?ver=0.4.1
    /js/bwg_gallery_box.js?ver=1.3.13
    /css/bwg_frontend.css?ver=1.3.13
    /css/sumoselect.css?ver=1.3.13
    font-awesome/font-awesome.css?ver=4.6.3
    /jquery.mCustomScrollbar.css?ver=1.3.13

    Can these be deferred or loaded asynchronously?

    @debojitm,

    At the moment none of the options are available. We are already working on making the images compressed without alternative plugins for this. As for the second one, it will require lots of structural changes and will come with one of late updates this year. Thanks.
