Gallery scripts/css seem to not be working

I’m having trouble pinpointing the problem on my page: https://www.greasypigstudios.com
NextGen seems to load the gallery images just fine (check out one of the portfolio articles), but the lightbox and CSS (both default and custom) seem to not be working. It’s only currently formatted because I added the custom CSS into my theme’s CSS.
I was doing work on my site’s theme recently (only the CSS) but did not touch Gallery at all.
Anyone know what’s happening?
