gallery shortcode

    I am using a gallery shortcode, default shortcode is the following:

    [gallery ids="729,732,731,720"]

    It is possible to set a caption below image but I am wondering if it is possible to have both a caption below image and a description on hover? And what shortcode do I need for that

    I am using the following right now and have the caption below image:

    [gallery link="file" targetsize="full" captions="show" ids="843,842,841,791,833,793,794,795,832,831,829"]
