Gallery shortcode additional options

    I’m here to ask one strange question, but if it’s not possible it’s not critical for me.
    I have different requirements for the page builders, depends of the additional functionality which it’s provide. In my latest project I had mix of the robo gallery and elementor page builder. I have set of the galleries and I’m using in classic editor and it’s inserted by regular shortcode generated by gallery. I’m looking for the option to sort images in another gallery depend of the users choice in parent gallery in regular articles. I have plans to use such sortcode to sort images in elementor gallery.

    Sorry, but current gallery version have only shortcode with one option. This option is Id of the selected gallery. The rest configurations stay in gallery settings.

    Do you have plans to extend such functionality in future gallery releases?

    Another question related with this subject. Do you have plans to extend options in gutenberg widget ? Configuration in gallery list not too comfortable in the case when I need to switch permanently from gallery settings to gutenberg edit mode

    Yes, we’re working hard to extend our page builder blocks functionality. In our plans add as much as possible gallery settings directly into gutenberg block.
