Gallery shortcode not working

I have checked to make sure I’ve installed the pro version files in the correct directory. Here is the shortcode I’m using [srizonfbgallery id=1] and the page is https://64.31.38.66/~babgorg/photos/. I did exclude three albums with their numbers.
