I am having issues with my theme – TheStyle – in IE11. The issues are too numerous to mention, but the main issue I would like help with is fixing the aspect ratio of gallery images in a slideshow.

Currently, only half the image is showing in IE11. See snippet here: https://snag.gy/qsESK.jpg

This is the post in question: https://riafinancialblog.com/2015/12/21/ria-running-club-la-carrera-de-las-empresas/

    It is fine in Chrome.

To clarify, I don’t believe I have a plug-in installed for this slideshow functionality and have recently migrated from .com to .org.

I am not so techy but have read everything before posting this question, flushed the caches, updated the Theme, logged out and in again, searched for answers etc and can’t see what the issue is.

As the majority of people in my company use IE11 so I would like to fix this, or find a plugin to fix it.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance!!

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact.html

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
