@craigcpcb – Please provide a specific URL example with your client’s OS and browser so we can try to see if we can reproduce …

    Thanks!

    Hi,
After conversing with my client it now appears that the issue is happening in a slider and not in the NextGen Gallery!

    Sorry about the false report!

    Thanks for your help,

    Craig

Oooops, forget the above……the issue is happening with Nextgen.

My client is running Windows 10 and Firefox 43.0.4
If she runs with Microsoft Edge, the blue line flashes then disappears.

I run MACOSX and iPhone and don’t see this issue.

    Thanks for your help.

@craigcpcb – Are you referring to the header slider, or are you referring to the Lightbox Effect “slider” (which does not appear to be one bundled with NextGEN Gallery)?

I do not have a Windows 10 machine to test with at the moment and I am not seeing any issues when switching the user agent to test as is.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

    Hi Cais,
Once again thanks. I’ve had my client test with a number of browsers and this issue does seem to be a browser problem with Firefox.
I think we will quietly let this one drop…..
Thanks for being so responsive and helpful.
