Gallery suggestions…

Dear WordPress,

Incredible job with version 2.9. I’m constantly amazed with the continuous raising of the bar that you achieve with every new version.

To the point: I find your gallery almost perfect in appearance and function. For future releases, would it be possible for you to design the gallery in such a way that it would enable us to embed multiple different galleries in a single post?

I would also like to request a gallery “control panel” that would allow us to make basic visual changes to the gallery itself (i.e. changes to the thumbnails’ borders and sizes, the possibility of creating a border around the entire gallery, etc.).
