My client seems to have clicked somewhere in the configuration or display of the Oqey galleries we have set up. Currently one of the gallerys (of about 4-5 images) seems to have become the default “background image” for the website. I also noticed a panel along the bottom of the webpage with a pause button, and a picture navigator for the gallery being displayed as the website background.

It’s annoying the customer because he cannot remember how he did it. For reference see https://www.novacastria765.org/wpv2 – and its annoying the visitors of the website (Local Freemasons). How do I clear the setting and return a static neutral color back to the background?

    Thanks HEAPS in advance!

    Dear Thenicefella,

we verified your website and it is not oQey Gallery who create the panel with buttons in footer.

Please deactivate one by one all plugins in order to find which plugin creates this.

    Thanks for using oQey Gallery.
