• I’ve used the Gallery function of the plugin and for some reason the thumbnails looks very fussy. If I click on the thumbnail the larger image looks great. It’s just the thumbnail that looks really bad. Any advice on how to fix this?

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Elements Plus.
Please use a different image set from Gallery plus settings https://prnt.sc/ni6hkk

I don’t want the larger size as the layout looks different then. I want small images, 5 in a row in 2 rows. I have landscape and portrait images so if I choose a different image setting it throws the design out.

Is there anything else I could try?

I used the same plugin on a different website (www.henrietteborcherds.co.za) and it worked perfectly so not sure why the thumbnail setting is blurry now.

    Hi there,
navigate to Settings->Media and change your thumbnail size to a larger size. Then install the Regenerate thumbnails plugin, activate it and go to Tools and then Regen. Thumbnails to run a regeneration in order for the change to be applied.
