Gallery with Image and Title Links

Hi,

It’s been some time since I’ve worked on my website. I have your WPPA+ plugin, just using it as a sidebar slider at the moment. In the past, you’ve been quite helpful when I asked questions about your plugin.
Anyway,this is driving me crazy and I cannot find a simple solution with any of the plugins I’ve used, read about or in my theme (Weaver II Pro).

I want something like this page where it says “Latest News”(except for the bad alignment problem in the second row, of course)

I want a static gallery that:

1) image links to another page on my website
2) caption links to the same page
3) be able to CSS/HTML the text
4) option to add a “Read More” tag. I might be able to do that with my theme, but not sure yet.
5) Control the image and gallery size
5a) Obviously, responsive on all devices

My main questions are:

– Can I (relatively easily) do this with WPPA+?

– What are the main settings that I will need to pay attention to in order to create the gallery?

– For the text, can I use CSS or HTML in the Description box of the image in the WPPA+ Manage Photos – Edit photo information section. Which should I use CSS or HTML?
