Gallery with mouse over effect

I think that commercial plugin has a gallery feature. Please google it and check with them.

I mean to say I want to generate a Thumbnail gallery with a nice mouse over effect that on clicking will link to the relevant page – with the nice overlay box at the bottom and the link icon on hover.
