Gallery without a title link

    I have an odd issue, though it doesn’t prevent anything working.

    We have a series of Photography galleries for our members. If the Gallery contains no images, then it is invisible to general website visitors, but visible to any members logged in, and this is fine and as expected.

    However, there is one members gallery, that does have images in it, that is not like the other similar members galleries with images, in that the persons name does not have a ‘link’ to open that gallery.
    It is visible, whether logged in or out, as expected.
    Of course, other links do allow her images to be viewed.

    I just can’t work out why just one gallery in this section has no link. I’ve compared her Gallery and User settings against other users.

    None of our other galleries are affected in this way so far as I can see.

    Can you think of any reason this may be?

    Like I say, it is accessible, but just odd, as the ‘unlinked’ text of her name is larger than those with links.

    If you have any kind of caching plugin, clear the cache.

    If that does not help, make a temparary page with shortcode
    [wppa type=”cover” album=”7″]
    How does that display, with the link or not?

    No problem Jacob.

    Clearing the Cache didn’t resolve the issue.

    Creating a temporary page with that code made no difference, still ‘large’ title of the member, and no link type text

    Do thye following:

    – Go to Photo Albums -> Albums menu on the dashboard
    – Click on the green Edit link of any album that displays correctly
    – Click on the bar Show the album settings
    – Click on tab Cover
    – Look at what is shown in the Link type selectionbox, remember this
    – Now edit the album that has the problem
    – Select the same value in the Link type selecyionbox of that album

    I have checked a few that are working correctly, and compared them to the one that isn’t.

    All Albums, including the ‘faulty’ one, have identical settings
    The Link type is ‘the sub albums and thumbnails’

    I tried changing it to others and then back to the original.
    None of that made any difference at all.
