Gallery1 WITH thumbnails and Gallery2 withOUT them?

I have everything working fine, I just wonder if this can be done:
Gallery #1 on homepage with 2 slides, no thumbnails needed.
Gallery #2 on a different page with about 25 slides, thumbnails are needed here.
