Gallery2 Causes WordPress to not load

    I am running WordPress 2.3.1 and the WPG2 3.0.2 plugin to embed gallery into wordpress. Everything worked perfectly until I created a new album and put 4 or 5 photos in it. Ever since then, word press will not load. When I point my browser at my WP site, it just says loading and the status bar says “waiting for https://www.(my domain)…” The status never changes and nothing happens. I tried loading the wp-login.php page, I get the same problem.

    Any ideas of what the problem could be? Thanks.
