    @xinen – The topic you are referring to started prior to the current release of NextGEN Gallery and there have been several changes in how the Lightbox Effects are used.

    I would suggest starting with a standard (read: default) template to ensure you set the Custom Lightbox Effects correctly before also including a custom album template in the mix.
