  • I have the pro version.

    It’s a good plugin, but it’s lacking in areas it shouldn’t. One primary one is the thumbnail height and width… yes you let us adjust them, but not all images we upload do not size down and look properly. I saw previous answers where you just said… readjust the original image size. This is not a good answer, some of us bought this and with many galleries we are not forced to do that… thumbnails adjust by aspect ration not fixed pixels or percentages.

    Have to go through and figure out how to get various images to a proper size that does not stretch is ridiculous and a waste of time. Everything I saw initially in the free version seemed good. Bought the pro and find out you are forcing a fixed size in the thumbnail shows you need to rethink this for this to be useful for artists etc.

    If I put in a width of 250 pixels for a thumbnail, it should resize to it’s proper aspect ration based on the original image. Vice versa if I put in 250 for height… the width should adjust in proper aspect ratio.

    Can you fix this?

    Dear user are you talking about images that are additional to main image and are shown on the right side in popup?
    Can you please send your page link, so we could see it?

    And I have a question: if you said you tied free version, couldn’t you see that resize problem in free version?

    The thumbnails insist on forcing height and width exactly the same. This does not work for every kind of image. Again, you should be able to set height or width and allow for aspect ratio adjustment on it’s own. I understand that it looks better like this… but distorts the image. Or can these thumbnails crop within the plugin instead of distorting.

    How can I see what the resize problem was in the free version when setting thumbnail sizes was not available to me to test it?

    Dear user if we update so it can cut the image, there will be a user that can complain that his/her images have been cut.
    So we can only make individual customization for a single user but not for all.
    Yes that will not look nice if thumbnails will have different size, that’s why we made them similar.
