You should go ahead and just buy it, considering it’s not a free theme.
You may also want to ponder the possible ramifications of asking anyone here to provide you with an unlicensed copy of commercial theme files.
The potential dangers include:
- Altered files that could harm your site, or other sites on the same server, or even the computers of visitors to your site
- You can receive no support or updates because you didn’t pay for the theme or a license to use it
- And, oh yeah… The whole theft thing. That’s an issue too, I suppose
