GameNow Theme Will not work

  • Hi Community, I have purchased a theme called GameNow from WPNow, but it does not work, when i activate it it only shows a blank white page.

    However I have other themes on there that work fine and new ones I add work fine just not one I have paid for : /

    I my provider has tried it on a fresh install and separate domain and again no joy same issue.

    This is using 2.9.1, I contacted WPNow but there support is lacking they have informed me that they tried a fresh install using 2.9.1 and it works fine for them.

    I have full admin rights for all folders.

    hey bud,
    one thing you might want to do is to open the zip file and drill down until you find the plugins folder and the theme folder. the premium themes are bundled with the plugins needed. Use ftp to upload to the appropriate directories. If you cannot get into the software, use an ftp client and delete the gamenow theme folder. WP should resort to the default theme and allow you access.
