Hi, we would like to use the game in one of our campaigns, it’s great but the problem is, it is not shown to every user. Im using a macbook with chrome browser and its fine. My colleague is using imac, chrome browser, everything it updated to the newest version, and he does not see the dino. My other colleague uses microsoft and the same problem occurs. On iphone everything is fine again. But on on incognito mode, it disappears. What are the requirements this game needs? Are adblocker or something like this a problem, maybe..
Could you help as soon as possible?
    Regards

I don’t think it’s a problem specific to a browser. The reason it works for you and not others is the data consent banner blocks enqueued scripts from loading (including the ones needed for the game).

You should look to see if there’s a way to whitelist certain scripts for that consent banner.

What plugin are you using for the banner?

The data consent plugin appears to be ga-germanized, but actually I don’t think this is a problem with that plugin.

I think this is actually a problem with a caching/optimization plugin. When a user accepts the data consent banner, it happens to be a cache miss. This is why an incognito window behaves differently than a regular one where you’re logged in – I believe the problem lies with caching.

What are you using for caching and is it possible to whitelist this page or plugin against that?

It looks like you might be using wp-rocket. I downloaded wp-rocket and tested it and couldn’t replicate the issue you showed me on your site, but I still think the issue likely has to do with caching. To test this idea, you might try going into your wp-admin dashboard and navigating to Settings > WP Rocket > Advanced Rules, find the setting called “Never Cache URL(s)”, and add the page/post that has the dinosaur game. Then clear your cache, then try to see if the problem still exists on another browser or incognito mode.
