Gamil unable to Receive Email

    Hi,

    I am using Other SMTP Mailer, last week everything was working fine, but this week all the emails were able to send but Gmail unable to receive them. Other email for example, [email protected] is able to received it, only people using Gmail email addresses are unable to receive it.

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear about the strange issue you are experiencing.

    Please note that the Other SMTP mailer does not use a dedicated API, which can lead to potential errors based on your website hosting settings. In cases where ongoing issues arise while using the Other SMTP mailer, we generally recommend switching to a transactional mailer option.

    Since you are already using the Google SMTP server we’d recommend using the dedicated Google mailer to send emails instead. We have a handy tutorial video which covers the setup process using your Google account.
