Gaming Clan Website

I am not a gamer but as an artist and someone who spends a lot of time on the web, I think it looks great. The logo is especially good and the site seems to be well organized. I can’t believe someone would call himself “flaming butthair”….lol

Believe me, when I first saw his name I had to ask him what he was thinking lol. I am glad you like it. I am currently working on optimizing pages & trying to make things even moe organized.

What Register plugin did you use?

Thanks guys. @nathan, it is not a plugin. I coded it for my buddypress install. If you where to login, the login box you see will change to the control panel i also made.

Wow, I can tell you put a great deal of work into this. I think my only suggestions would be to inform people clearly on the home page why they should join. Also, I think the about us link should be in the header menu along with footer.

Thank you! I definitely have put a lot of work into it and will continue to. I did actually plan on moving the about and a few other links at least into a menu of the header. I always start a bigger project on the site, and then forget about the little things ??

Most of the pages under “Clan Pages” are custom plugins i’ve created. Well they are not “plugins” yet, but they are php code I have written to work. I still need to figure out the correct way to integrate it into wordpress and such and then possibly release them as plugins.

Loading time is way too slow. I first thought that it doesn’t work at all. You really need to fix it if you want more visitors.

I love the game so I’m comfortable win in that game, it helps me not stress and in addition I also get more friends with similar interests to yourself

I recently put 2 ads on the site to try. One on the left side and one on the right. Not sure yet if I will keep them there, or keep them at all.

The main thing I’d change if it were me is I’d move the blue carousel just below the footer further down the page so you see that white page on the black striped background which is quite a nice look. The blue/black and all dark of the header needs that white to contrast it…i think. It’s that first 768px high screenshot that sells a site.
