    I want to use the achievement shortcode but I want to customize it, I want to customize the font size.

    Sorry to tell you that it is not possible, you would have to do it by modifying the CSS.
    In this case, I recommend that you contact a developer to do it for you in case you don’t know how to do it, if you don’t know anyone I can provide you with a link where you can find developers. GamiPress – Customizations
