Gantry does not save custom logo

    Hi, I try to update the logo in :
    Gantry theme -> style -> custom logo
    but it won’t take the new image. It just saves normally it seems but the logo won’t update on the website and a log off/log in will show the gantry official logo again instead of mine.
    Did someone get the same issue ?

  • Do you have caching on your site?

    Do you have the same problem with twentytwelve theme?

    If it’s a theme-specific issue, you should ask the people you got the theme from as commercial themes aren’t supported here.

    Hi, I did empty the cache. I thought I’ve seen other posts with gantry issues but I will open one on their forums.

    PS : It’s actually an wordpress extension too, found on this very site though.

    I actually solved the issue by replacing the image in the folder :
    mysite/wp-content/themes/rt-gantry-wp/images/logo/light/
    As I chose the light version for display.

    Hi,

    I had a similar problem and de-activated some plugins – it came right. I’m not sure exactly which one was the problem – I de-activated Form maker, User access manager, Nextgen scroll gallery.
