gap around images

  • I have a border for images coded into the style sheet on my theme. When posting an image into a post for some reason wordpress puts the image in a frame, so with a image higher than it is wide a white gap top and bottom appears. Any idea how to turn this off and just show the image?

    Ignore the above it was me having the wrong version. ??
